LDS Gospel Doctrine Lesson List

Teaching Engaging LDS Gospel Doctrine

Engaging LDS Gospel Doctrine

Engaging Gospel Doctrine seeks to model and provide resources for an engaged, substantive and effective approach to Sunday School teaching. This resource is a supplement to, not a replacement of the official Church Sunday School manuals. The tone and content are such that it would fit in an ideal ward environment. The goal is to be faithful and at the same time, work through difficulties related to faith that are experienced by the group as a whole.

Lessons vary in length and style depending on the materials. Each episode consists of a lesson that is at least 30 minutes followed by a discussion by usually 3-4 members. The process has been refined over time and so expect the class styles to vary. Engaging Gospel Doctrine is not endorsed by or affiliated with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, but seeks to present faithful tone and content that would be appropriate for ward Sunday Schools.
