142: Of Sight and Shepherds (New Testament Lesson 16)

“I Was Blind, Now I See”

Class Member Reading: John 9-10

Additional Reading: None

Scripture Chain: Psalm 23:1–6; Isaiah 40:11; Ezekiel 34:11–12; John 10:11; Mosiah 26:21; Alma 5:60

Jesus heals the man born blind, but speaks of an even more applicable form of blindness–the unwillingness to understand. And his teachings about shepherds encourage us to engage and care for those around us rather than using them for our benefit.

I am posting this lesson quickly to get ahead and hope to add a discussion later.
