There are several talks on TED.com about death, just search “death” in the search tab. One of the most interesting talks is ‘Matthew O’Reilly: “Am I dying?” The honest answer.’ He’s an EMT, and has grappled with the question of if someone is going to die, whether or not he should tell them “Yes”. It’s a great talk about what is better, tell someone a lie, and say “your going to be fine.” or tell the truth, “Your dying”.
