“The First Principles and Ordinances of the Gospel”

This lesson covers topics so frequently reviewed that we risk taking them for granted. We will dig deeply into the issues of faith in Jesus Christ, repentance, baptism, and the gift of the Holy Ghost. What is faith? Why does it need to be in Jesus Christ? How do we repent effectively? And the topic of repentance touches on key related issues–sin and forgiveness. Why is baptism necessary? Is it magic? What do we know about the Holy Ghost? What is the difference between the influence and Gift of the Holy Ghost?
