239.1: Sabbath and Sacred Time (D&C Gospel Doctrine Lesson 16, Updated)

“Thou Shalt … Offer Up Thy Sacraments upon My Holy Day”

This episode defines Sabbath, the Sacred, and proposes an approach to Sundays that faciliates Rest, Ritual, and Renwal.
