The story of David and Bathsheba is not only one of the best known and best told stories in all of scripture, it also relates more than we would like to each of our lives. The story of David is the story of the human condition, in particular the way that one poor choice can set off a chain of even poorer choices, with devastating consequences. This update focuses on how we can use honesty and humble openness to trigger virtuous rather than vicious cycles.
